SHIPPING POLICY
The size of your order and the shipping method you choose will determine what package we use to ship your products.
4 bags or less - Our Packaging
5 to 8 bags - Padded Flat Rate Envelope
9 to 20 bags - Medium Flat Rate Box
21 or more bags - Large Flat Rate Box
Eventually, we will offer multiple options for shipping. (UPS, FedEx, etc.)
But keep in mind we are a very small team and the only option we can offer at this time is USPS flat rate.
(Unless your package contains 4 bags of jerky or less)
We will always be looking for ways to improve the experience for our customers, so keep an eye on this page for any updates!
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not offer refunds on beef jerky. We know our products are high quality and will not be held accountable for your inaccurate taste buds.

But seriously, If you are genuinely dissatisfied with your purchase, you can contact Support@SinisterJerky.com and let us know what is wrong with your order. We will do everything we can to make it right.
(We will not pay for your taste bud replacement surgery!)
